You do not need to have everything ready before we begin. We can help identify what is missing, conduct supporting research where possible, and guide you on what information is needed from you.

We may be able to support urgent proposals depending on availability, the size of the application, and how much information you already have. If the deadline is not realistic, we will be honest about what can be completed well.

The final proposal is prepared for you to submit. If you need submission support, this can be discussed separately depending on the funder’s process.

Funding decisions depend on the funder, competition, eligibility, available funds, and internal review priorities.What we can do is help you submit a clearer, stronger, better-structured proposal that is aligned with the requirements and gives your project a better chance of being taken seriously.Even if your proposal is declined it does not always mean the proposal was weak. Grant processes can be highly competitive. Furthermore, your completed proposal can often be adapted for future grants, donor conversations, partnership pitches, sponsorship requests, or internal approvals.

We work with organisations in Barbados and beyond. Many projects can be handled remotely, and we can discuss on-site support if your work requires it.
