The WorldSkills Barbados Juniors Future Skills Camp was selected to participate in the WorldSkills Conference 2026 Skills CoLab in Shanghai, China, giving the team an opportunity to present the programme to potential international partners and sponsors.
Ahead of the Conference, the team had limited communications materials that brought together the story of the Future Skills Camp, its impact and opportunities for partnership. I worked with the team to develop the materials they needed to clearly present the programme and make key information easy to access.
My work included developing a dedicated website landing page, partnership proposal, FAQ sheet, presentation, video and presentation and script, thank you cards as well as creating a central online Linktree where the team could quickly access and download these resources. I also supported the planning of the Skills CoLab booth and coordinated with suppliers in Barbados and China to source branded materials, giveaways and other items for the team's presence in Shanghai.
