About Us
Beyond Communications Consulting is a Barbados-based, boutique consulting firm. We provide end-to-end project management and strategic communications services designed to help organisations plan smarter, deliver better, and stay connected with those who matter most.
The firm is led by Leah Howell, a results-driven project management and communications specialist with over eight years of experience working with cross-functional teams and delivering projects across the Caribbean.
Leah has managed complex initiatives across sectors including trade, energy, education, video production, and disaster management, and has a strong track record of delivering work within scope, on time, and on budget.
Her strengths lie in managing the full project lifecycle, strategic communications, and monitoring and evaluation. She continues to work closely with organisations to translate their ideas into structured plans and guide teams through execution.
